The steel industry, in many ways, has changed tremendously over the past three decades. From continuously evolving welding process technology and automation to increasingly higher levels of collaboration and involvement amongst designers and builders, the industry now finds itself in its modern age. In many other ways, the industry has remained the same. It still takes an efficient skillset and a fierce level of competency to ensure a project gets done - safely and efficiently.
Here at STS, we've fully embraced the new and the old, and we intend to make a new mold that brings the two together in ways previously unimagined. The sky is the limit when it comes to just how creative we can be, and we hope you'll join us in our quest to see this industry forward.

My journey began in welding school, where I first discovered the fascinating world of CAD. It was a turning point that ignited a lifelong fascination with the intricacies of steel fabrication.
For years, I dreamed of starting my own business but never felt quite ready to take the leap. In 2025, I finally decided to pursue my passion full-time. Leaving behind the security of my day job was daunting, but the idea of building something from the ground up was irresistible.
I pride myself on delivering detailed, accurate, and efficient solutions tailored to meet the needs of our clients. My commitment to excellence and a deep understanding of the industry ensures that every project I undertake is executed with the highest level of precision and professionalism.

Over twenty years ago, I flipped a coin and began what would ultimately become a lifelong love of the steel industry. Whether it was cutting my teeth on the shop floor as I learned the critical details of fabrication, literally reaching unimaginable heights while erecting one notable structure after another or eventually immersing myself in operations management and team building, my dedication grew with each weld, each bolt, and each job well done.
Over two decades later, I now find myself with a brand-new viewpoint of this beloved industry, and I couldn’t be more excited to bring those priceless experiences to the table. I know steel, and I know the pain that comes with poor design and planning. By bringing this first-hand knowledge into each and every process, I have a rare opportunity to offer a refreshing change to our clients by getting in front of the often-overlooked problems that lie ahead, saving them precious time and resources. I’m not looking to join the status quo – I’m looking to revolutionize the steel design/build process.
